Sharing Our Happy Place
Friends and Family
Julie and I have a home in Sedona that we absolutely love. It is our happy place where we can escape a couple weeks a month. Now that the home is remodeled, furnished, and landscaped we have decided to offer our home for rent to friends and family for the times we are not using it.
This is our personal vacation home, furnished and decorated as such so we are only renting to family and friends....
Feel free to bring your friends and family but Do Not extend this offer to others you will not find it on VRBO or Airbnb!

Peaceful, Easy Stay
Fully furnished 1800 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on a level 1/3 acre. Restful fully enclosed back yard with hot tub, fire pit, water feature, built in barbecue, and plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxing. You only need to bring your own groceries and personal effects for a perfect vacation experience!
Pet Friendly
As dog lovers ourselves we know how important it is to be able to bring all of your family members with you! Dogs are welcome in our home and the best dog park in Arizona is a short walk away from the house! ($100 additional cleaning fee will be applied)
Location, Location, Location
With a prime location in West Sedona, you're only 1/4 mile from Posse Grounds Park, walking distance to many beautiful trailheads, and a short distance from all of the hiking, biking, and outdoor activities you can handle. Grasshopper Point is 4 miles away, Slide Rock Park is only 8 miles, and the amazing West Fork Trail is only 12 miles. You can have a new outdoor excursion every day!
